PGETEXAM Medical Education ("PGETEXAM", "we", "us") operates pgetexam.com and acts as the data controller for candidate account data and study session progress. We take candidate privacy seriously and adhere to international standards of data security and confidentiality.

2. Categories of Data Collected

  • Candidate Account Data: Full name, verified email address, country/institution, and securely hashed passwords.
  • Session & Learning Performance: Question attempt histories, chosen answer choices, flagged questions, and cumulative subject accuracies.
  • Payment & Billing Data: Order IDs, subscription plan tiers, and transaction dates. Note that credit card and sensitive payment details are securely processed directly by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, and never touch our servers.

3. Purpose of Processing

We use collected information solely to:

  • Provide and authenticate access to the Question Bank and clinical simulator;
  • Track and save individual candidate progress, incorrect queues, and flagged questions;
  • Calculate anonymized, aggregated peer statistics;
  • Send transactional receipts and critical examination updates.

4. Third-Party Sharing & Confidentiality

We do not sell, rent, or monetize candidate data. Information is only shared with trusted service providers necessary for platform operation:

  • Paddle.com: Payment processing and invoice generation;
  • Hosting Infrastructure: Cloud database and secure server hosting.
